She has worked for start-ups, high-growth midsize companies, and Fortune 500 firms such as CB Richard Ellis and ABM.
In addition to developing new business, delivering services, and leading the organizations she has served, her responsibilities often required extensive travel nationally and abroad. These experiences not only honed her business skills, but also developed her “superpower” which is to quickly pinpoint and focus on the strengths of individuals, teams, and organizations. This solid combination is how she creates winning strategies for serving clients and maximizing results.

Tracey grew up in Southern California where she was a horse girl and a soccer player. She attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management at Fresno State University and left California to pursue her big dreams of connecting with people and making a difference wherever she went. She moved to Scottsdale AZ in 2009 and married her husband, Mike. They continue to live in Scottsdale surrounded by family, their two dogs, and the occasional “crash visit” from their adult sons.
